We spent the afternoon in the spa. It is not a large spa but as there were only 4 of us using it this did not matter. The sauna and steam room are lovely but the pool is the real treat. It is an infinity pool overlooking the golf course and the water; lit with changing coloured lighting looked so inviting I could not wait to jump in.

The spa was really perfect, the pool looks onto the golf course and I had several swims where I wad the only person in the pool which made it feel like the ultimate luxury.

I took four friends to Bowood Spa to celebrate my birthday yesterday. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities very clean and fresh. I had a massage and a facial and friends had manicures as well. The treatments were out of this world.The cafe area is great for lunch and very light and airy but not the most relaxing sitting at a cafe table.
We had Dosha boxes for lunch which were absolutely delicious and the staff very kindly gave us all a glass of champagne to celebrate my birthday which I thought a really lovely touch. Overall a really nice chilled out day.
