20th March sees the reopening of the spectacular House and Gardens, which is set to be even better this year with the addition of TRACTOR TED!!

Tractor Teds little Farm at Bowood will be a great success, and with the entrance price included in your stay at Bowood Hotel, there is an even better reason to stay with us and make a mini break out of it!

The Little Farm aims to bring to life many of the real life farming stories told by Tractor Ted which engage children with the fun of the countryside and where their food comes from.  There will be lots for young families to enjoy both inside and out. Children will be able to meet friendly farm animals such as goats, sheep and miniature ponies and handle rabbits, guinea pigs and hens. In the Discovery Stable they will be able to watch real chicks hatching, enjoy lots of farm games and watch Tractor Ted’s real action films. Outside they will be able to ride around the mini tractor track, play ball scooping in the mini digger den and see really big, exciting modern farm machines like combine harvesters, forage harvesters, balers and ploughs. To make it complete, there is a cosy café beside the farm for parents to relax in with their children.
